Step 1 — choose your OS and browser
Step 2 — allow notifications in your browser

Open site settings
While on app.intick.com, click the icon on the left side of the address bar (usually a padlock or info icon), then click Site settings.

Allow notifications
Find Notifications in the list and change the dropdown to Allow.

Reload the page
Refresh the Intick page — Chrome will now deliver notifications from this site.
Alternatively, paste chrome://settings/content/notifications into the address bar and add the app URL to the Allow list.

Click the icon on the left side of the address bar (usually a padlock or info icon) while on app.intick.com, then click Permissions for this site.

Allow notifications
Scroll to Notifications and set it to Allow.
You can also go to edge://settings/content/notifications and add the app URL to the Allow list.

Open Safari Settings
In the menu bar, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS).

Go to the Websites tab
Click the Websites tab at the top of the Settings window, then click Notifications in the left sidebar.

Allow the app
Find the app URL in the list and change its dropdown to Allow.
If the site doesn't appear in the list yet, visit the app first and click Allow when Safari asks for permission.

Step 3 — allow notifications in macOS System Settings
Even with the browser set to Allow, macOS can block notifications at the system level. This step is required for notifications to actually appear.

Open System Settings
Click the Apple menuSystem Settings (macOS Ventura+) or System Preferences on older versions.

Go to Notifications
Click Notifications in the sidebar.

Find your browser
Scroll through the app list and click on your browser.

Turn on Allow Notifications
Toggle Allow Notifications to on (green). Also enable Play sound for notifications if you want audio alerts.

Choose alert style
Select Alerts (stay until dismissed) or Banners (disappear automatically). Alerts are recommended so you don't miss anything.
All set on macOS! Notifications will appear as banners and you'll hear a sound when something happens.
Step 2 — allow notifications in your browser

Step 3 — allow notifications in Windows Settings
Windows can suppress browser notifications at the OS level. Follow these steps to make sure they actually come through.

Open Windows Settings
Press Win + I, or click Start → Settings.

Go to System → Notifications
Click System in the left sidebar, then Notifications.
Settings → System → Notifications

Turn on Notifications
Make sure the main Notifications toggle at the top is turned On.

Find your browser in the list
Scroll to "Notifications from apps and other senders" and click on your browser.

Enable notifications and sound
Toggle Notifications on and check Play a sound when a notification arrives.
Make sure Focus Assist (Do Not Disturb) is turned off — it silently blocks all notifications when active, even if everything else is configured correctly.
All done on Windows! You'll now see popup alerts and hear sounds when something happens in the app.
